The below information is applicable to both General and Foreign/NRI categories.
- Students are admitted on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (bachelor’s degree).
- Manipal University will declare a shortlist of candidates based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (bachelor’s degree). In the case of General Category students, the merit list will be published on the university website in the month of June. There is a separate merit list for Foreign/NRI students, who will be informed by the University.
- Candidates who make it to the merit list will be called for an interview. On the day of the interview, these candidates are required to bring the original and photocopy of their documents, including their curriculum vitae (CV) and a 1500 word statement of purpose which must indicate the student’s interest in pursuing the respective course.
Note: Candidates who submit applications under both General and Foreign/NRI categories will be considered only under the General Category. Change of category at a later stage will not be entertained under any circumstances.
