Body, Gender and Health (Semester 3)

This course is founded on conceptual reflection on the idea of body and its relationship to health within various cultural and intellectual traditions. Drawing from both eastern and western traditions of health as a concept will also be discussed. The course concludes with a module on feminism and draws interrelationship between body and health. The highlight of the course is multi-model, pedagogy and the experiential component.
